2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a YourLOI DMCA notice, you must provide the following information in writing:
– A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
– Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
– Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing and where it is located on the site
– Your name, address, phone number, and email address
– A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
– A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same elements required by the YourLOI DMCA notice. We will review and may restore the content in accordance with DMCA guidelines unless the original claimant files a court action.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Your LOI will terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
